Ryan is a lifelong resident of Morgantown and has been dedicated to his industry and clients as a full-time Realtor since 2006. He brings his local knowledge, track record of reliability, and years of experience to every transaction.

Ryan currently serves as State Director for the West Virginia Association of Realtors (WVAR) and was a Director for the Morgantown Board of Realtors (MBOR). In 2015, he was nominated for West Virginia’s Realtor of the Year and was also selected as Realtor of the year for MBOR in 2015. His additional industry involvement includes being Chair of the Government Affairs Committee (2015) for WVAR, Chair of the Bylaws Committee (2014) for MBOR, and a Nominating Committee member for MBOR.

Ryan graduated from West Virginia University’s College of Business and Economics, where he majored in Marketing. During his time at WVU, Ryan assisted in the management, operation, and marketing of 78 rental units throughout Morgantown, maintaining a 100% occupancy rate for 3 consecutive years. Prior to joining J.S. Walker, Associates, he was employed at Mylan Park, where he was involved in the day-to-day development and operation of a 300-acre educational and recreational facility.

Ryan enjoys giving back to his community, as well as his industry. In his spare time, he coaches the Morgantown Blades Travel Hockey Team and also served as an MHA Board Member. Ryan, his wife Erica, and their two sons reside in the Suncrest area of Morgantown, where they enjoy the atmosphere of Mountaineer football games and their friendly neighborhood. Erica is a graduate of WVU with dual degrees in Marketing and Sociology. She is a project manager with the Continuous Learning Group (CLG), a consulting company located in Morgantown.
